First update since the beta opened. Thanks for all your reports! Many of these changes come straight from them.

If you had the game open, reload the page to get the new version.

Clans: you choose who gets in

  • The leader picks the clan's access: Open (you join instantly), By request (you ask to join with a message and the leader or an officer accepts you) or Invitation only.
  • The leader can write a clan presentation.
  • No clan yet? The new clan finder shows the clans looking for members, with a Join or Request button.
  • The answer to your request arrives in your Mailbox.

Existing clans are now By request. The leader can change it in Clan settings.

New: Friends

  • Add friends from their Trainer card or by typing their name.
  • The Friends screen, next to the Mailbox, shows who's online and lets you invite them to your clan.
  • It's the groundwork for the co-op mode coming later.

Fixes

  • Stuck bosses: freezing, sleeping or stunning nonstop could leave a boss (like Mew) frozen in place for the whole fight. Now, after 2 s locked down, it ==breaks free== and ignores those statuses for 5 s.
  • Meowth's shop: with lots of items, the Exit button went off screen on some phones. The window now scrolls and Exit is always visible.
  • Lab: the "items to unlock" notice only counts the ones you can afford with your Stardust.
  • Blank screen: fixed the bug that kept the game from loading for some players right after an update.

Keep using the "Report" button (main menu and pause menu): every report reaches us and we read it.

See you in the tall grass!
