How to unlock Jigglypuff
To add it to your League, complete its challenge — put 1,500 pokémon to sleep — then weaken and catch it when it appears in your next run.

Goal: 1,500 - Catch it in your next run.
After the challenge is complete, Jigglypuff appears in a run. Weaken it and catch it — it only joins your League once it is caught.
"In a single run" goals must be met in one run; the others add up across all your runs. League-size goals count the partners you have caught.
