How to unlock Seel
To add it to your League, complete its challenge — freeze 4,000 pokémon — then weaken and catch it when it appears in your next run.

Goal: 4,000 - Catch it in your next run.
After the challenge is complete, Seel appears in a run. Weaken it and catch it — it only joins your League once it is caught.
"In a single run" goals must be met in one run; the others add up across all your runs. League-size goals count the partners you have caught.

Seel's Ultimate
Seel has a signature Ultimate that changes as it evolves. Charge it by fighting, then press R to cast it.

Aurora beams fall on twelve enemies and freeze them, a frozen wave sweeps 15 m and it starts to hail.
