How to unlock Zapdos
To add it to your League, complete all 3 parts of its challenge (Have 50 members in your League; Win the Rocky Desert; Defeat 3,000 Pokémon in the rain in a single run), then weaken and catch it when it appears in your next run.

After the challenge is complete, Zapdos appears in a run. Weaken it and catch it — it only joins your League once it is caught.
"In a single run" goals must be met in one run; the others add up across all your runs. League-size goals count the partners you have caught.
